I didn’t dance
Ray Rasmussen lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He’s an avid hiker, canoeist and guide for wilderness adventures in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, Ontario’s Algonquin Provincial Park, and Utah’s Canyon Country. His avocations are haibun poetry (a mix of prose and haiku), polemic essays, memoirs and literary criticism articles related to haibun. He’s an award winning amateur photographer. Currently he is an associate editor of Haibun Today, an online journal of haibun and tanka prose. His work is widely published in a variety of international haiku genre journals and has been collected in several anthologies.
